We have designed a free online survey which we can conduct for you weekly or fortnightly to check up on your employees. It is a 20-second survey with a focus on communication, goals, tools and well-being. We will analyse the survey and help you to identify and devise solutions to improve the productivity and well-being of your employees.

Yes, we will run this survey free of cost and there is no commercial obligation.
How long are you going to run this survey?
As the situation surrounding COVID-19 is still evolving so as of now we have decided to run the survey for 3 months.
How will you run the survey?
We will send your HR/OD team a link to the survey every week/fortnight and they can send the link to your employees by email or SMS. We don’t need your employees’ detail unless you want us to run the survey directly with your employees.
How will I get the results?
We will give you a trend analysis report every week/fortnight after analysing the survey
Will you be collecting any personal information?
We are not collecting any personal information in this survey.
How will you use the information collected through the survey?
The information that will be collected will be only used for the purpose of analysing workforce productivity and well-being. This is an anonymous survey and the results will be aggregated, and individual feedback will not be reported.
